ISP Learns was an Online Learning Platform in Competition to Udemy and Coursera. With Right Time Entry and their Vision of Quality Courses we assisted them in getting Partnership with National Skill Development Council and assisted in getting the their Courses Approved.
Once Done, We assisted them in getting the Necessary Government Grants for their Business Expansions. The Expansion included setting up teams and offices across India for Corporate and Educational Institutes associations.
Ultimately in the year 2024, we assisted them in the Real Valuation of the firm at 630 Crores, and ultimately, they sold of with Net Profit of 97.0 Crores to a Listed Organization. The Deal was brokered by us and assisted in taking this ahead.
